Frequently Asked Questions
How hard is it for the instructor to setup the software?

If your school has adopted the student software ONLY, there is no software for the instructor to set up. If the student software is being installed on the instructor's machine, it is no different from installing any other piece of Windows-based software.

If your school has also purchased the optional University Lab Server for controlling student software remotely or for use in a Distance Learning environment, the "administrator" software is installed by your institution's authorized computer support personnel on the server or standalone computer. Part of the installation and setup involves setting up instructor accounts. Once the instructor accounts are ready, instructors then setup the software for their students. The software includes setup wizards that walk the instructor through the setup.

The process is simple and unambiguous.
