This notice does not apply to VUMicro™ 3.11 users
On May 12, 2013, the VUMIE system was updated. This update provides improved performance and reliability. All VUMIE users must download the latest version of the software from downloads.virtualunknown.com.
If you see the following error message, you need to upgrade your software from the link noted above as all previous versions of VUMIE will no longer function properly.
VUMIE users should continue to use the same username and password information that has been used in the past, and all lab data should still be in the database. If you are experiencing any problems with VUMIE, please download the new version of the software. If problems persist, please contact our support department here.
