VUMIE™ 2012 Beta Testing Update!

Beta-test Students: Are you running VUMIE™ 2012 version RC9-1 or higher? [How do I find this out? Under "Help", look for "About VUMIE" and the version number is displayed in this info.]

Beta-test Instructors: Are you running Admin Console version RC9-3 or higher? [How do I find this out? Click on "About" and the version number is displayed in this info.]

If not, we ask that you get a new download and reinstall your VUMIE™ 2012 software. You will not lose any work completed or in progress in the virtual lab. Use your current username and password to access the updated version.

Why is this necessary? Recently added to the software was a new feature that checks each time you use the software to be sure you have the most recent version. "Auto-update" will automatically download and install the latest tweaks to the software "behind the scenes". Adding this feature requires a "clean" installation, and thus necessitates the new download.

This should be the last time you will have to repeat the download and install process. Thanks for your cooperation!
